Classical history comes to life: the marathon runner. The Labours de Hercules, the triathlon. Tragedy strikes: the Philippine contingent perishes in air crash. Jamboree flags are lowered. Scouts from 88 contingents march past and the Marathon torch is handed to an American Scout to be rekindled at the opening of the XII World Jamboree, somewhere in America.
